At Kauai Coffee Company, we want you to enjoy every sip of our island-grown coffee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable merchandise and quality-related claims for our coffee products.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our support team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and details regarding the specific coffee roast or merchandise item you wish to return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific instructions for shipping the item back to our estate.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a replacement within 5-7 business days.
